Experience Maybe Happy Ending on Broadway. Set in a one-room apartment in the heart of Seoul, South Korea, Oliver lives an ordered and cozy, quiet life listening to his jazz records and caring for his favorite plant. He’s just a Helper-Bot 3, after all: a robot that has long been retired and is now considered obsolete. That doesn’t mean his life is over. When his fellow Helper-Bot neighbor Claire knocks on the door and asks to borrow his charger, what starts as a clumsy encounter leads to a unique friendship, a surprising adventure, and perhaps even something greater.

Criss is a celebrated performer — he’s an Emmy and Golden Globe award winner (The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story) and got his start in theatre with his viral, spoofy A Very Potter Musical. Shen is also a theatre star and has a knack for soaring in original musicals, including recent Off Broadway hits like Teeth and The Lonely Few. Maybe Happy Ending also features Dez Duron (The Voice), who makes his Broadway debut along with Shen.

The musical, with book and music by Will Aronson and book and lyrics by Hue Park, premiered at Alliance Theatre where it won the Richard Rodgers Production Award. The Atlantic Journal Constitution called it “dazzling, a tour-de-force” and Atlanta InTown said the show is “breathtakingly beautiful to watch. You will see stage magic that you’ve never experienced in person in the live theatre.”

Now, the musical about the small things that make life worth living comes to Broadway. Get tickets to Maybe Happy Ending on Broadway now.
