How to get to Broadway theatres

There are lots of different ways to get around New York City. Between subways, buses, and taxis, there are plenty of public transportation options if you don't have a car. But if you're taking a trip into the city to see a Broadway show, it's easy to get overwhelmed by all the transportation lines and options available. And if you are traveling by car, there's an equally large number of parking lots and garages available.

Luckily, most Broadway theatres are located within the same 13 blocks — from 41st to 54th Streets — so the same few bus and subway lines will get you everywhere you need to go. There are also plenty of parking garages within walking distance of Broadway theatres, so you won't have to take a second mode of transportation once you're in the Theatre District. Al Hirschfeld Theatre directions
