Love live drag? Love musicals? Then this show can’t be beat (and do beat your face before coming in — expert queens expect nothing less!) Experience Drag: The Musical off Broadway to see some of today’s most celebrated drag icons, including contestants on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, appear in this new musical. Yes, a musical: there’s no lip syncing in this show, all the singing is real, belted, and will surely bring the house down.

In Drag: The Musical, playing for a limited time only off Broadway at New World Stages, audiences will meet two drag Houses, both alike in indignity. Ever-competitive, the two houses vie for supremacy in a wig-snatching, diva-licious musical journey of fashion, family, and ferocity. After a bitter split, fishy queen Alexis Gilmore opened her club, The Fishtank, while the glamorous Miss Kitty started The Cathouse. Fishy or catty, these queens know how to put on a show.

Heels will click, wigs get snatched, and tensions rise as old wounds are unearthed and the two clubs battle to survive. Together, however, our queens just might have to team up to overcome their differences, see how alike they are, and show the world how to slay the house down.

Directed and choreographed by Spencer Liff, and featuring book, music, and lyrics by Justin Andrew Honard (Alaska), Tomas Costanza, and Ashley Gordon, Drag: The Musical promises one fierce ride. Tickets to Drag: The Musical are available now.
