Beatrice Onions

Beatrice Onions is a Welsh-born, New Zealand-raised writer based in New York City. Her global theatre training includes institutions such as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) in Australia. She is a recipient of the Penguin Short Story Competition award. Beatrice currently writes guides, reviews, and venue page copy for New York Theatre Guide.

When she's not writing, Beatrice enjoys perfecting her bagel order and casually introducing herself as Lorde's best friend - New Zealand really is that small!
